Mal Romanin, the Owner and Director of Operations, is a true “Baseball Lifer” with a distinguished career highlighted by 12 years as the Director of Communications for the Toronto Blue Jays. During his tenure, he developed extensive contacts with sports media outlets across North America and Major League Baseball Front Offices, establishing himself as a respected figure in the industry. A digital pioneer, Mal was instrumental in the early development of the MLB Gameday App. His professional expertise is matched by a thorough, comprehensive knowledge of the sport at every level, spanning from grassroots community minor baseball and Canadian Elite programs to the NCAA, collegiate circuits, and all levels of professional baseball.

Geoff’s depth of experience in the game along with his deep-rooted connection to the Niagara Region will be an asset in all areas of the organization.
